Description
A cadmium sulfide (CdS) photoresistor is an electrical component whose resistance changes with the amount of light it is exposed to. The photoresistor is most resistive in darkness and becomes less resistive proportionally to the amount of light that hits it. This photoresistor has a maximum resistance of 10 kOhm.
